The hotel has 265 rooms in total, including 25 single rooms, five double rooms and one single room especially adapted for the disabled. There is the possibility of having inter-connected rooms. All rooms are equipped with air conditioning, central heating, satellite television, telephone, bathroom and balcony. Fridges and safety deposit boxes are available to hire at an extra charge.

Refurbished in 2005, facilities at the Caribe include 24 hour reception, sun terrace, two swimming pools, one for adults and one for children, children's playground, sports court, table tennis facilities and pool tables (at an extra charge), restaurant-café-bar with outdoor service and a meeting room. The hotel offers entertainment most evenings with competitions, games, shows and live music.
