The two star Hostal del Senglar is situated in the small village of L'Espluga de Francoli at an altitude of 370 metres, some 30 kilometres from Reus Airport and 50 kilometres inland from Tarragona, on the north east coast of Spain.

The Hostal del Senglar is built in a rustic Catalonian style. The accommodation comprises 31 double rooms, nine single rooms and four suites, all having a private bathroom with hair dryer and a terrace with views of the gardens. The rooms are equipped with central heating, television, a telephone and a safety security box.

The facilities, at the hostel, which is air conditioned, include a restaurant, television room with satellite television, a library, games room, a disco, a number of individual meeting/conference rooms,and a sports complex with tennis courts. There are many sports and outdoor pursuits available to guests, in the vicinity of the hostel, including an Olympic size swimming pool. The beaches of the Costa Dorada, and the PortAventura theme park, can be reached in about 30 minutes by car.
