We arrived at the hotel to realise that they had no recollection of our booking. They physically lost all our details including my credit card details. They then sent us to a single room that was supposed to be a double room. The staff were rude and unhelpful, they didn't know how to smile or say please or thank you.
The hotel room was disgusting, limescale all over the bathroom, dust and mud behind every cabinet, balcony was falling apart. Didn't even change our towels. Each day we had to ask them to do so.
The breakfast included was coco pops and a few slices of toast! What a waste of money, not even a little fry up or more variety of cereal! Do not check into the Averof unless you want to have a bad holiday experience!
