The one key Vendrell Platja Camping & Bungalow complex is situated some 50 metres from the beach and ten minutes walk from Calafells on the north east coast of Spain, approximately 60 kilometres south of Barcelona and 30 kilometres from the Port Aventura theme park.

The accommodation, at the Vendrell Platja, apart from plots for tents or caravans, comprises a number of bungalows sleeping four to six adults and some larger roller bungalows. The bungalows have a kitchenette and television and guests can hire bed linen, towels and tea towels. The larger bungalows have air conditioning and heating.

The facilities, at Vendrell Platja, include a restaurant (with take away service), a terrace bar, two swimming pools with water slides, one for infants and one for older children, a play area for small children, a supermarket, and a laundry. Guests can play table tennis, football, basketball and petanque. This is basic accommodation suitable only for the budget traveller.
