The three star San Polo Hotel is located in the Ancient Quarter, at the south entrance to Salamanca, near the historical ruins of the San Polo Romanesque Church, 300 metres from the Plaza Mayor, 200 metres from the cathedral and university and 100 metres from the Convent of San Esteban.

Renovated in 2001, the hotel has a four storey main building, with 37 rooms, of which five are single rooms, 31 are double rooms and one is a suite. All rooms have air conditioning, satellite television, safety deposit box, mini bar, bathroom and telephone.
