The four star Villa Soro Hotel is a 25 bedroom hotel located in a renovated 19th century villa which has been declared an historical heritage huilding of San Sebastian. The hotel is located on Avenida de Ategorrieta, on a tree-lined avenue and surrounded by other stately homes. It is within walking distance of the Zurriola Beach and the Kursaal convention centre. The three-star Michelin restaurant 'Arzak' is only 500 metres from the Villa Soro Hotel, while the other highly regarded restaurants that make up San Sebastian's gastronomic experience are only minutes away by car.

The Villa Soro has been renovated respecting the late 19th century style of the house and has 15 bedrooms located on several floors. Other rooms are located in the former carriage house. Each bedroom in the Villa Soro is different and have all been decorated with art from local artists. All the bedrooms are equipped with a bathroom, hair dryer, safety deposit box, internet access, dividually controlled air conditioning, television featuring the main international channels and internet connection. The hotel's bedrooms also feature a complimentary mini-bar service with water, soft drinks and fruit juices.

In the morning, the hotel offers breakfast which guests may choose to enjoy in the privacy of their bedroom or in the dining room, located in the former winter garden. The Villa Soro's stately ground floor has a main living room with fireplace, original hardwood floors, sofas and antique furniture. The bar and adjacent smaller living room are two other areas where guests may choose to sit and enjoy an afternoon tea or a cocktail. The bar, located in part of the former dining room, features the original oak wood panelling that was installed in the 19th century. Guests may also use the computer and internet station located on the ground floor. The Villa Soro also offers a limited number of parking spaces in the garage inside the villa. The hotel does not have a restaurant but offers a small menu of dishes that try to reflect the gastronomic heritage of San Sebastian and which guests may savour in the privacy of their bedroom.
