Guest rooms in the Hyatt Las Lomas Village complex offer Mediterranean décor and terracotta flooring in 37 square metre rooms featuring a granite bathroom with tub and walk-in shower, adjacent balcony and two twin beds that can be combined into a double bed. Rooms are equipped with a hair dryer, cable/satellite television channels, high-speed internet access, safety deposit box, mini bar, iron/ironing board and individual air conditioning control. Studio town houses offer 50 square metre apartment-style studios featuring mountain or Las Lomas street views and marble flooring, DVD player and adjacent balcony with grilling area. Interiors include sitting area, kitchen, bathroom finished in floor-to-ceiling marble and television in the bedroom. One bedroom town houses are 85 square metre bi-level town house suites featuring mountain, golf course or Mar Menor views. Mediterranean décor and marble flooring complement a living room, kitchen, bathroom with floor-to-ceiling marble, spiral staircase leading to a bedroom with two twin beds and adjacent balcony with grilling area. Two bedroom town houses are equipped with the same features but are 120 square metres in size; three bedroom town houses are 150 square metres in size. Two and three bedroom view apartments offer mountain, golf course or Mar Menor views and are 92 square metres. Interiors feature Mediterranean décor with terracotta flooring and living room, adjacent balcony, kitchen, granite bathroom, two bedrooms, each with two twin beds, DVD player, wireless internet, outside grilling area and housekeeping twice each week.

The dining options within Hyatt Las Lomas Village include 'Luigi's' (Italian), 'India' (northern Indian specialities and views) and, during the summer months, 'La Pergola' and 'La Veranda' (terrace dining alongside the pool) restaurants. Also on offer is the 'El Bistro' restaurant which offers brasserie-style cuisine, including changing daily specials, a terrace and all-day opening. The 'La Cala' restaurant is located on a rocky outcrop overlooking the sea and offers fish and seafood. 'Luigi's' serves pizzas and pastas in a rustic Italian ambience. Luigi's also offers two independent dining rooms for private events. The 'India restaurant offers a authentic cuisine in a contemporary setting. 'La Pérgola is on the terrace alongside Las Lomas pool and its specialities include meat and fresh vegetables cooked to order on the grill. The 'Amapola' restaurant is the Hyatt Regency La Manga's signature restaurant and guests can savour the Mediterranean cuisine. 'Sol y Sombra' serves salads, sandwiches and snacks alongside the pool, overlooking the 18th green of the north course. 'La Bodega' offers Spanish wines accompanied by tapas in La Manga Club's bodega which is located at La Plaza. 'Uncle Sam's' has rock music, walls adorned with 1950s memorabilia, ribs, chicken and burgers, in all-American style and is located at La Plaza. The 'Andale Mexican' restaurant is a Mexican restaurant where there are original specialities. The 'Asia' restaurant serves Asian cuisine with new flavours of South-East Asian gastronomy. Amongst its many specialities, Asia offers a vegetarian selection. 'Bar 37'offers breakfast or a light lunch whilst enjoying the golf views. It is located at the golf course. 'Tie Break' offers fresh fruit juice, snacks or light meals on the terrace overlooking the tennis centre. 'West Clubhouse' has a terrace and is located at the golf course. The 'Deli Café' has a terrace with resort panoramas. The 'Lorca Lounge', by night, is transformed into a piano bar with music and dance in an informal atmosphere. 'Mulligan's' (located at La Plaza) is the La Manga Club 'local', offering a choice of whiskies and draught beers in pub surroundings with live coverage of all the best sporting events with its giant-screen television and surround-sound system. It has a game area for pool, nine-ball, standard and electronic darts and board games and more. 'Spike's Bar'offers live dance music from Tuesday to Sunday nights. 'The Sportsman' is a bar with a terrace, offering a selection of international brews and refreshments along with snacks. 'Yesterdays Discotheque' (located at La Plaza) is a bar with a terrace, offering a selection of international brews and refreshments along with snacks. 'Casino Costa Calida', located alongside the Hyatt Regency La Manga Hotel, has a choice of 40 loose slot machines and 20 table games, including roulette, blackjack, poker and punto banco. The casino also has a restaurant and a lounge area that is independently operated.' Splash' has refreshments and snacks at the tennis centre pool.
