The five star Dolce Sitges Hotel Resort and Conference Destination opened in November 2004, on a hilltop overlooking the Mediterranean near Sitges, some 30 kilometres south west of Barcelona.

The accommodation, at the Dolce Sitges, comprises 198 superior rooms, 24 executive rooms, 38 de luxe rooms and three presidential suites, each room having a bathroom with hair dryer, and being equipped with individually controlled air conditioning and heating, satellite and cable television, a direct dial telephone, wi-fi internet access, a mini bar and a coffee maker. The rooms have views of the sea, the pools or the Sitges golf course, and rooms are available for non smokers and disabled guests.

The facilities, at the hotel, include two restaurants, a lobby bar, a games room, a gift shop, a spa offering various baths and treatments,and a fitness suite with an heated indoor pool. Outside there are three swimming pools and a children's pool. Although the hotel is pleased to receive tourist and holiday visitors, the facility is primarily a conference centre, having 35 meeting rooms, the largest with a capacity of 450, two amphitheatres and a business centre with an e-cafe and wi-fi and ASDL internet access. The hotel provides a shuttle service to the beach.
