The complex includes the three star Pionero Hotel, the three star Santa Ponsa Park Hotel and the two star Playa Santa Ponsa Hotel. The Playa Santa Ponsa is located 300 metres from the beach, 300 metres from the resort centre of Santa Ponsa and 30 kilometres from the airport.
Guests can enjoy all the services in these hotels. All have air-conditioned lounges, bars, satellite television lounges, three swimming pools for adults and two for children, one heated indoor swimming pool and sauna. The hotel's entertainment team takes care of the day and evening activities, organising games and several sports competitions for all ages. In the evening, there are shows and parts of famous musicals, as well as all kind of activities. The Playa Santa Ponsa is on four floors and there are two lifts.
All 209 guest rooms in the Playa Santa Ponsa have a balcony, ceiling fan, telephone and safety deposit box (at an extra charge).
Board basis available at this hotel is bed and breakfast, half board or all inclusive.

I don't know who rates these hotels but there is no way the Playa Santa Ponsa hotel is a two star hotel, more like a three or four star.
Good rooms, friendly and efficient staff, great food and so many amenities - swimming pool, football 'pitch', tennis courts, volleyball, table tennis, etc. etc. -too many to list. Entertainment every night and a kids' disco six out of the seven nights. Also the ability to use facilities at the two other hotels in the 'complex'.
