The complex includes the three star Pionero Hotel, the three star Santa Ponsa Park Hotel and the two star Playa Santa Ponsa Hotel. The Pionero is located 300 metres from the beach, 300 metres from the resort centre and 30 kilometres from the airport.
Guests can enjoy all the services in these hotels. All have air-conditioned lounges, bars, satellite television lounges, three swimming pools for adults and two for children, one heated indoor swimming pool and sauna. The hotel's entertainment team takes care of the day and evening activities, organising games and sports competitions for all ages. In the evening, there are shows as well as all kind of activities. The Pionero is on five floors and there are three lifts.
All 310 guest rooms in the Pionero have air-conditioning, central heating, balcony, ceiling fan, satellite television, telephone and safety deposit box (at an extra charge).
Board basis available at this hotel is bed and breakfast, half board or all inclusive.

This was my first trip to Mallorca and decided to stay at the Pionero hotel. The hotel itself was very clean and maids came to clean our room daily. The food was good but got a little boring as same kind of set out every night and things were repeated a couple of times.
The entertainment was not so good, quite poor really, but the kids seemed to enjoy themselves.
If I was to go back to Santa Ponsa, which is a beautiful place, I would go back to the Pionero hotel.
