The Parasol Apartments are located only 300 metres from the centre of Santa Ponca and are only 700 metres away from the beach. A selection of shops, cafeterias and restaurants are located in the direct vicinity.

The Parasol complex has a bar which serves snacks, restaurant, two swimming pools with children's section, sun terraces, games room with television and reception area.

There are 104 apartments, on two floors. The one bedroom apartments have a capacity for up to three adults and one child. Accommodation comprises a separate twin bedroom, living/dining area with convertible sofa bed, safety deposit facility (at an extra cost), kitchenette equipped with a two ring cooker, microwave and fridge, bathroom and balcony or terrace. The Parasol complex is six storeys high and built on a series of steps. There is no lift and some units are located on the upper levels.
