This is the best hotel I have ever been to. I really enjoyed my holiday and so did all my family. We thought two weeks was not long enough - we all wanted longer.

The food is spot on. There is lots of selection for meat eaters and vegetarians. Its like a buffet.

The room is always clean. The cleaners clean every room every day and I advise anyone who is coming to get a room on the top floor, number 11. The views are amazing. Also we happened to go on my sister's birthday. They made a cake and my family got a free bottle of champagne. I loved this holiday at the Oro Negro totally.

I stayed with five friends in January. The hotel was nice, clean and tidy. Food was good to start with then went back to the same menus. The staff were very helpful and I would recommend this hotel to people of all ages.

We enjoyed our stay. The bedroom was clean and tidy (although we had a rubbish view in room number 363 and the room was located close to one of the evening entertainment bars). Note: The walls between our room and the one next door are very thin and we could hear everything going on next door.
The food in the restaurant was pretty good, although we did get bored with it and ate out a couple of times.
The staff behind the reception desk seem miserable. They could at least tell you when you arrive that to get the air con working you must rent the air con remote control (20 euros) and safe key (26 euros, including ten euros deposit). Overall, we would go back again.

The Oro Negro Hotel was a fantastic place to stay. The staff were really friendly and the food was awesome. It's a nice walk to the beach and the nightlife. We enjoyed it so much that we are planning on returning this September. Thank you and we hope to see you all again very soon.

Clean and food good but staff poor to help.

On the last night we were robbed while we slept in our beds. Hotel gave very little help. They came in through the balcony window (which was not lockable). We would not feel safe at this hotel anymore. Also heard this is not the first time this has happened at Oro Negro. We were on the fourth floor. We lost a lot as we were packed for a 5 a.m. pick-up for the airport.

This was the first time me and my boyfriend went away on holiday and we really enjoyed it. The food was great, lots of variety and also it was a two minute walk from all the night life. I would say its a great place for couples and families and I'll be visting again!
