The apartments are low rise and spread out over seven blocks with the reception in a block separate to the apartments. The bungalows are equipped with a bedroom with twin beds, lounge with a sofa bed, satellite television (at an extra charge), telephone, kitchen with microwave, toaster, coffee machine and kettle, safety deposit box (at an extra charge), bathroom with hair dryer and furnished terrace. There is maid service five times a week, a towel change twice a week and a linen change once a week.

Facilities at the Las Cascadas complex include a pool bar, snack bar, restaurant, sun terraces and swimming pool with children's section.
