The two key Club Valena Apartments are situated in the Matagorda area, about five kilometres from the centre of Puerto del Carmen. Shops, bars and restaurants are just 500 metres away in the Centro Commercial and it is a short walk to the beach.

Facilities at the Club Valena complex include an outdoor pool, children's pool, sun terrace, sun loungers, poolside snack bar, gardens, launderette, pool table and children's playground.

Each of the 53 apartments is equipped with a lounge/dining area with sofa bed, safety deposit box, kitchenette with two electric cooking rings, kettle, toaster and fridge, bathroom and balcony or terrace. There is maid service five times weekly. Telephones and televisions are available at an extra charge.

Board basis available at these apartments is self catering, bed and breakfast or half board.
