Stayed at the Deloix and found it to be a clean hotel. Food was OK with a good selection on offer. The pools indoor and out are very good but they had a spa bath inside near the indoor pool which looked like it needed a good clean so avoided that.

The entertainment was OK but the acts were only on alternative nights but hey, you're in Benidorm so there is plenty more to go to. Ideally situated for Benidorm Palace. It's about a 20 minute walk to the beach or you can catch the bus outside/across the road depending on where you want to go. Will definitely return to this hotel in the future.

This hotel was fantastic. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Reception staff were very helpful. There is a short walk to most bars which was great. It wasn't too close to all the noise of the town centre. Food was good but the cabaret wasn't. However, I would definitely go back again to the Deloix.

Excellent service right from the start. Reception staff were very helpful. The room was immaculate after maid service, with clean laundry daily. The restaurant provided a very varied menu, self service buffet style. The pools were a mite cold, but catered for children with various animal slides, the indoor with all its various sprays etc and the main pool was large with all the sun loungers, brollies and waiter service.

The staff and their service was very good, the only let down was the cabaret, or lack of it. Overall the Deloix hotel deserves another star.

As a family of four with an older child (19) and a younger one (10) we felt the Hotel Deloix was exceptional. The aqua centre is great, the entertainment each evening was varied (not spectacular) but OK and the food was more than plentiful and they tried to cater for all tastes. Meals on Christmas Day and New Year's Eve each consisted of six courses and all drinks were included.

The hotel itself is very spacious, the rooms/en suites very good and large. Our only bugbear was that parking our car cost an extra ten euros a night which we thought was expensive. If you stay in a hotel, shouldn't you be able to park for nothing?! Anyway, I would most certainly return to this hotel and would not hesitate to recommend it to anyone.

I stayed for ten days with my parents and sister and the accommodation and service were first class. The bedrooms were bright and spacious. The food at the buffet restaurant was plentiful and varied each day.
