The two key Ferrera Park Apartments are located in a sea front position, just above the beach at Cala Ferrera and close to shops, bars and restaurants. It is just half a kilometre from the centre of Cala d'Or. The beach is less than 200 metres away and reached via a path from the apartments' grounds.

The Ferrera Park complex is set in gardens and facilities include sun terraces and a swimming pool.

The Ferrera Park Apartments are equipped with a kitchenette with oven and fridge, bathroom, living area and terrace or balcony. The complex does not offer a lift.
