The one key Dunas Playa Apartments are situated in the sand dunes near to the s'Arenal area of the Playa Mitjorn beach, on the south coast of Formentera, some ten kilometres from the ferry harbour.

The accommodation, at the Dunas Playa complex, comprises 40 studios, apartments and bungalows, sleeping from two to six persons, and each having a private bathroom, a lounge with sofa bed, a kitchenette and a balcony or terrace, and being equipped with a rental safety security box.

The facilities, at the apartments, include a café/bar, a television lounge, a mini market, laundry service, currency exchange, and a swimming pool. This is basic accommodation, suitable for the budget traveller.
