Upon arrival, we were dumped at reception by our Thomas Cook rep with no by your leave. The receptionist didn't speak a word of English, therefore at 5:20 in the morning we were left to find our own apartment. There were no kettle or toaster provided which wasn't specified in the brochure and having an eight month old baby, was a little annoying.

On the second day the apartment next to us was broken in to, by the patio door, so use the safes.

Bus services were great, to Salou, Port Aventura, La Pineda etc. The pool at the apartment was very clean and great for the kids, as was the kids' club. The entertainment was average, which was probably why the entertainer was arrested by the police on the last day of our stay.

Be aware that if you are travelling on a late flight, you have to leave your room by ten in the morning and your cases are left in the front hall [anyone could tamper with them]. The bar closes at 12 midnight, so you have wait in the street for the transfer bus or sit outside by the pool. Our kids slept on suitcases in the reception, as there was no where provided to have refreshments or lie down. We had to argue with a Spanish speaking lady to get a room for 15 minutes to get washed before our flight and that was between two adults, three kids and one infant.

Overall the weather was perfect, beach was fab, and pool was great. Apartment was very poor, Thomas Cook reps were unhelpful. We will never go to this resort again.
