The three star Hotel Golden Playa Park is situated 200 metres from the beach, and 500 metres from the town centre, in Salou, on the north east coast of Spain, approximately 12 kilometres from Reus Airport and 100 kilometres from Barcelona.
The accommodation, at the Golden Playa Park, comprises 315 rooms, each having a private bathroom and a balcony or terrace. All rooms are equipped with air conditioning/heating, satellite television, and a rental safety security box.
The facilities, at the hotel, include a buffet restaurant, a bar/pub, a snack bar, conference rooms, and internet access. There are two swimming pools, and a children's pool, surrounded by sun terraces with sun beds and loungers, a games room and a children's play area. A programme of daytime and evening entertainment is provided, and guests can take part in various sports and activities, such as volleyball and mini golf. There are many clubs, bars, restaurants and shops in Salou, and the PortAventura theme park is about one kilometre from the hotel.
Board basis available at this hotel is bed and breakfast, half board, full board or room only.

We would highly recommend the Playa Park to anybody. The rooms and hotel generally were cleaned to a high standard. The restaurant and food were terrific. We would definitely go back again and again.

The whole place and facilities get ten out of ten for us. The friendly staff and bedroom facilities were brill. The food out of this world too. Chris and Jackie made you feel part of the family and we were surprised when they remembered us when we returned the following year with my mother on her maiden holiday abroad age 68. She agrees about everything I have said and we would definitely go back when we go abroad again. Son had an operation so we couldn't go last year as it was major leg surgery and had six months off work. Hope everyone there is ok.
