Hotel Occidental Coral Beach

The four star Occidental Coral Beach Hotel enjoys a privileged seafront location, just half a kilometre from Puerto Banús and 45 minutes from Malaga Airport.

The Occidental Coral Beach has four floors with 170 rooms, of which 134 are standard double rooms, 22 are suites or doubles with lounge and 14 are single rooms. All rooms have a terrace with sea, pool, garden or mountain view. They all have a bathroom, air conditioning, central heating, telephone, satellite television, piped music, mini bar and a safety deposit box.

Designed in Mediterranean style, with Moorish and Andalucian influences, the hotel has palm tree gardens, patios and pools filled with exotic fish and Florida turtles. The hotel features the 'Florencia' restaurant which offers international cuisine, the 'Alhambra' restaurant where guests can enjoy a variety of dishes from the buffet, either at breakfast or at dinner, the 'Beach Club' restaurant which invites guests to enjoy the specialities of Mediterranean cuisine served overlooking the sea and the 'Oasis Terrace' which is next to the main swimming pool and offers a selection of snacks. In the 'Tartesos' bar guests can enjoy a drink to the sound of the piano between 20.00 - 24.00 hours and in the 'Beach Club' bar on the seashore, guests can try the 'Occidental Sangria', the hotel's own special cocktail in which the wine is replaced by cava. In addition to the restaurants and bars, the 24-hour room service means that with a telephone call guests can order any of the dishes from the menu to be taken to their room.

The hotel has two swimming pools, one in the central area of the hotel and another in the beach club next to the beach. There are also two children's pools. For all those who enjoy sport and fitness, the hotel has a health centre with a gym, cardiovascular apparatus, sauna, jacuzzi, massage room with therapeutic and relaxation treatments, and a hairdresser. The Occidental Coral Beach also offers its guests a games room, a gift shop, a computer centre with internet connection, a car park and a garage. The hotel has function rooms for between six and 150 persons. These rooms can be adapted for holding special events, meetings, conventions, product presentations and gala dinners.
