Stayed at the Sol Lanzorate for two weeks. The room was spotless,the staff were brill and the weather was really great. So good that seven of us have booked for next year and I can't wait.

Our daughter decided to get married in Lanzarote on 03/11/06. Both families went out for the wedding - about 42 of us! About 18 of us stayed in Sol Lanzarote aparthotel. We had all ages of people with us and each and everyone loved the hotel and resort.

The rooms were spotless and cleaned everyday by a lovely lady. The staff were very courteous and treated us really well. On the day of the wedding, loads of the staff and guests greeted us on our way to the church. We had a wonderful stay.

The food in the hotel was very good (we were on a self catering basis) but it was so cheap to pop out to the nearest restaurants for breakfast. The weather was unfortunately not very good during our week there, although the day of the wedding was absolutely brilliant.

We are dying to get back to the hotel and resort as soon as we can. I would recommend this holiday to families and couples. It wouldn't be a very suitable for young people who like to go out clubbing as you would need to take a taxi (which were very reasonable) into Puerto del Carmen which is only five to ten minutes away.

We have been to Sol Lanzarote for two years on the trot. We have always has a good time. Beach fab and the staff are the best. The guys behind the bar were great and let me tell you, if you get the same cleaner we had, she would leave flowers in the room and make animal shapes with the towels. We once came in to a swan shape in the bathroom. We booked for this year. I have had to change dates and no room.

Having recently returned form Lanzarote, I feel I must write a short review of my stay.

The apartments were well serviced and cared for and for a small extra charge a sea view apartment is available, which again I thoroughly recommend. The staff are well trained, friendly and courteous and speak a number of languages, good for both adults and kids alike.

The choice and quality of food is excellent, as are the pools and entertainments. To sum up, I am looking at the possibility of returning in November/December for a short break.
