The Parque Tropical complex was excellent, well maintained, and spotlessly clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The tour rep was great and always had time for a chat whenever she was at the complex.

A trip to Rancho Texas on a Wednesday for children is a must, also the submarine trip is highly recommended.

I will definitley be returning to this complex, only next time it will be for two weeks!

I went on holiday with my sister, daughter and niece. The apartments were lovely, really clean and right in the centre of the shops, night-clubs and beside the beach. Myself and daughter stayed in one apartment while my sister and niece stayed in one right next door. The pool was right beside the apartment door it was fab!

We went to a festival in Arrecife which was mad. After that we decided to go straight for something to eat and head for a few drinks. We arrived home at three. Lucky we weren't drunk. My daughter noticed some glass at the back door. When we opened our curtains we noticed there was no glass in the window. I ran to the bedroom to find my money and all my jewellery were gone. I told reception which rang the police. Even the police told us to move apartments but the reception told us the robber would not come back. I was so angry that they were leaving us in an apartment that had just been broken into. The next morning the manager would not talk to me.

I had to share a apartment with my sister because they would not give me new one. Today I am still trying to get some compensation from my insurance company because the manager will not talk to them and help me get some of my money back. I am so disappointed in the way they are treating me.

We went to these apartments last August. It was me and my four girls all went for booze up fortnight. Didn't know what to expect because it was to hard to find any information about it anywhere. But anyway, when we actually arrived after being impatienced for over a year, it was nothing like we had expected.

It was a good size but not that we needed that space because we spent most of the time at the bar. The staff were very friendly. Didn't like the maids - they were very annoying waking us up at the crack of dawn just to clean the bathroom. I was raging.

But anyway we were always alright by night when it was time to go out and get drunk. Nightlife is excellent. I love all the bars, especially Taquallia bar (if thats how its spelt) and Paradise, although the staff were different from the last time I was there but anyway, I enjoyed myself and we intend to go back this August so I have only another four months to go.
