Well, what can I say? We arrived at the apartments on the 10th August 2006 and we quite liked it, especially the balcony.

In the two weeks we stayed there we had made so many complaints! We made good friends whose complaints were the same as ours! We had to run after the club rep. Our complaints were firstly about the pool for advertising two pools and there was only one, about the water going off and having to bring a big tank from Arrecife! The sun loungers, you have to fight for them. Well, there were seven of us and we only had two loungers! Then it was the TV, the Sky channel. You also had to chase the receptionist. Never around! We had so many complaints I can't remember them all!

Our last complaint was saying there is a courtesy apartment for you because you have to be out the apartments for 12 p.m. and our coach wasn't picking us up till 7 p.m! So the kids were in the pool and had to get dressed by the pool and when we needed the toilet at 6.15 p.m. we went to the receptionist to find a room. Just enough room for the loo plus the lights in the toilet were not working so I had to search for my clothes on the floor!

I've heard that Los Rosales is being reopened by another person, is that true? Well, apart from all the complaints, I really enjoyed myself. We made new friends! They were all such nice people and it's a shame really knowing you will never see them again. I loved Los Rosales but my family wasn't that keen on it though! I'm only 14 so the complaints didn't bother me except the one about the pool! Good luck going to Los Rosales. It was really good, except the complaints.
