The three key Las Colinas Apartments are situated in the higher area of Costa Teguise, some 2000 metres from the resort centre, on the southern coast of Lanzarote, and about 20 kilometres from the airport.
The accommodation, at the Las Colinas complex, which was built in 2004, comprises 48 one bedroom apartments and studios each having a private bathroom/shower, a kitchen and a balcony or terrace. The apartments are equipped with air conditioning, pay to view satellite television, a telephone and a rental safety deposit box.
The facilities, at the apartments, include a swimming pool surrounded by a sun terrace with sun beds and parasols, a bar, laundry facilities, internet access and a courtesy bus to the resort centre and beaches.

The one bedroom self-catering apartment was spacious (more than enough for the two of us) and clean. The apartment had all the necessary utensils for a self-catering holiday, including a kettle, toaster and microwave (also a TV in the room).
There is a games room, snack-bar and cafe on site but no entertainment. The complex is a good walk one kilometre - to the bars and restaurants and then a further two kilometres to Costa Teguise centre. So - the Las Colinas is good value for money, but you have to like walking!
