The Terralta apartments were so clean and ever where you went the staff spoke to you and they make you feel part of the family.

My mother, dad and my disabled sister go there because they know that it is safe to leave my sister on her own and someone will look after her. The staff there have become one of the family. I would just like to say a big thank you for all the staff and manager for making my family so welcome.

The Terralta has fantastic facilities, great staff and huge pool but too out of the way and at the top of a hill that you will not walk up after trailing around all day. Ideal for pool dwellers who stay put all day.

GGreat place to stay. Ultra clean and very friendly staff. Stayed in 2109.

The only fault is a cockerel at 3.45 a m. .starts off some where at the rear of the hotel . If we where to stay again, I would want another block with a pool view to possibly stop hearing that at 3.45 a.m.

Otherwise, the Terralta is a great place – clean and friendly staff.

Cleanest apartments ever stayed in. The staff are the friendliest I have ever met. English speaking staff and they all work very hard.

I would recommend the Terralta apartments. Ideal for families. An enjoyable and excellent holiday. Keep up the good work. Would go back again. Well done. Your managers should be well proud of you all.

We went to the Terrlata on holiday in 2007. We are going back this year. Thought all the staff were very kind. Bar staff very friendly and entertainment excellent.

I had a child of 11 years old. She loved it. There was never a night that she got bored. Good play room down stairs for kids.

The Terralta hotel was awesome. It had everything required to be a great hotel. The staff was very polite and helpful at all times, the accommodation was beautiful and the stuff for the children was cracking. I would definitely go again if I could get a cheap holiday!

Hi to the person who is reading this!! I'd just like to comment on how wonderful the Terralta Apartments are. Well we've stayed in over 50 apartments in Benidorm and this has certainly got to be the best despite the steep hill which leads up to your apartment. We're all fit so that didnt bother us!!!

It has 160 rooms and only three floors so it is ideal for people who struggle to walk. Its cleanliness is certainly 150%. Cleaners come in regularly. We stayed there for two weeks. There was me, my husband and two kids. The kids had a whale of a time and said they absoloutely love it there.

We had one bedroom, a lovely kitchenette with plenty of kitchen utensils and the rooms were top quality. The Terralta Apartments were only built like two and a half years ago and have definately succeeded. There are also two large swimming pools - a normal one and a heated one which was faboulous! In the apartments there is a gym, sauna, spa, games room including pool tables etc. (Great for kids!!)a mini bar with snacks and drinks.

Also included in the hotel is towels, soap, shampoo and conditioner, shower gel, a bath with a shower attachment, also internet access, a pay for telephone sky digital tv a dvd and video - the complete tv system basically!!!! Me and my husband loved the tv (widescreen).

The rooms are spacious and clean and tidy and a one bedroom can easily sleep five. Everything in the kitchen area worked and looked good as new. We often used the cooker as we were self catering but food out is to the highest standards - cooked properly and all served beautifully with all the trimmings and exeptional waiters and waitresses who were at hand 24:7 and would easily satisfy your needs!

The beach is about 15 mins away and there are plenty of shops and things to look at. The views are spectacular! My whole family is going back to the Terralta again in June for two weeks and we booked on resort which works out cheaper which was helpful!!!!

The Terralta apartments are spacious and very clean. We stayed from 21 October to 31 October. Food - can't fault it. Staff were great. Say 'hi' to Jo - she is a new rep in the Terralta and she booked our trip to see a show at Benidorm Palace. She is a lovely lady who couldn't do enough for you. All staff were great. All in all had a great stay.

Having arrived at this great accommodation in 2003, we were delighted with all aspects: beach, location, bars, restaurants and especially the shops! Four ladies going to family weddings. Better than London shops and cheaper too!

2004, shall we go back again? Yes we did, still great. The staff remembered us from before. Super time, well looked after by all.

2005 ditto, great. 2006 guess what? We are already booked on the girls' annual shopping trip. The men just stay at home, shame. Try it, well recommended.
