Review title: "Nice And Friendly"
Travel date: June 2009
I have just come back from staying at the Rosamar and it's a lovely hotel. I am 24 and was there for my dad's 60th birthday. The staff were all very helpful and friendly.

The rooms were clean, a bit on the small side for me, but we had friends staying in three other hotels and the bathrooms in here were the biggest of them all. The food was delicious and there was a great variety to choose from.

The pool is different from the picture shown as there is a wall separating the children's pool from the adults'. Only bad point for me was the lack of entertainment. There wasn't a lot going on at night to make me stop in the hotel but there was plenty to do on a night in Benidorm itself to keep everyone happy. Other than that, I would highly recommend this hotel to anybody and would stop there again if I went back. I had a great time.

I thought the Rosamar was brilliant. There was lots to do for everyone. There are lots of beds for everyone. The rooms were spotless. The staff was really nice and they went out of their way for you. You are close to every thing. The food was lovely and the pool was brilliant. Definitely worth going again. I would recommend the Rosamar.

Review title: "Recently Stayed At The Rosamar"
Travel date: October 2007
Just returned from a four day stay at the Rosamar in Benidorm. The room was a nice size, but it was very dark, which meant that lights had to be on all the time in the room to be able to see. The air conditioning was not available, so it was quite unbearable at times.

The staff at the hotel did go out of their way to be friendly and at times in the restaurant you felt you were in the way from the waiters putting the food out. The food was not good - very poor - so much so that even though we paid for half board we ate out two nights and we only stayed four nights.

The rooms were in need of decoration with ripped wallpaper in some of the rooms

Enjoyed Benidorm, but did not enjoy the Rosamar and would not recommend it.

We have stayed in the Rosamar hotel three times a year for the past three years and are going again in March 2008.

The maids are in every day changing you towels and making up your bed and cleaning the room and no matter what you leave in the room, it never gets touched or goes missing.

The food - you get a lot to choose from so no need to eat elsewhere.

I've been to a lot of hotels in Benidorm but none have had such friendly staff that makes you want to go back. I'm looking forward to going back.

Hotel Rosamar was very clean. Rooms tidied up every day. Clean towels daily. Beds changed once.

Food wasn't all that great. Went up and got chicken from chef and it was still frozen in the inside. This happened three times. Disappointed.

Review title: "Brilliant"

First time stay in the hotel and thought it was brilliant. Food was excellent and plenty to choose from. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

The only thing I found wrong was that if you didn't get your towels on the pool side loungers for 8 o'clock in the morning, you had no chance but there were plenty of tables to choose from.

The rooms at the Rosamar were very clean, towels were changed daily and rooms tidied and moped. We left all sorts of things out and never once were they touched.

Review title: "Was Good"
Travel date: August 2007
Was all good. Friendly staff, clean, amazing variety of food and tasted good too, near beach and all of the bars and pubs etc.

Only problem I found was the lift. At peak hours like breakfast and dinner it would take ages and would be full up but that didn't ruin the experience because I was happy to walk. The majority of the people would get out for wheelchairs and elderly so it's not like you cannot use it if you're older.

If you're planning on staying by pool, I would suggest being up at 8 ish, get ready for breakfast and go put out a towel and then go to breakfast because they get snapped up quickly but there are plenty of other places to sit if you cannot get one but you never saw people complaining because they cannot get a bed because there are so many of them.

Definitely worth going again and I would recommend the Rosamar.

Review title: "Great Hotel"
Travel date: July 2007
I wanted to give this fantastic hotel a ten rating. Food is excellent and plenty of it with a fantastic choice, staff are friendly, hotel and rooms are absolutely spotless and it's close to beach, bars and restaurants. Pool is great, although it's hard to get a bed after nine in the morning, there are still plenty of places to sit.

I gave the Rosamar an eight as there were two problems I think should really be looked into. With so many floors and rooms, the lifts are not good enough they are small and if you are not fit enough to get up the stairs, you wait forever for a lift. Also, the air conditioning really struggles. It can be quite warm in the room even with it on, but that wouldn't stop me going again.

A good time was had by all.

Review title: "Brill Hotel"
Travel date: May 2007
This is the third time I have stayed at the Rosamar hotel as we find it's in a very good location for bars, shops, clubs, market and the beach. The new pool area is great, as it has a large paddling pool if the water's too cold for swimming! The rooms are spotless and the food is good but the entertainment is average. Will be back next year.

Review title: "Absolutely Fab !"
Travel date: May 2006
The Hotel Rosamar may look a bit shabby from the outside, this may be something to take into consideration, a lick of paint will do. There are fourteen floors. On my first visit we were on the thirteenth which was very nice with a beautiful view and then on our most recent visit we were on the fifth, which is surprising how high it is. Brill views as well.

The only bad thing was a building site across the road woke you up at eight in the morning, but if you close your balcony door, you can't hear a sound. This hotel is fab. Will be visiting again sometime in the future hopefully.

Review title: "Fantastic"

The Rosamar Hotel has got to be up there with the best in Benidorm. The staff are very friendly and all speak good English. The pool area is spacious and very clean, with plenty of sun loungers. The food on offer is lovely and varied everyday. It is a buffet style so you can eat as much as you like!

The rooms are modern and nicely decorated. They are also very cool with the air conditioning. The location of the hotel is great, quite close to shops, restaurants and bars which you would expect to be quite loud at night time but believe me, once you're back in the hotel, you won't hear a peep.

The beach is only a two minute walk away. We visit Benidorm every year and since we came across the Rosamar last year, it will always be our first choice!

We have stayed at the Rosamar almost every year since 1977.
That speaks for itself. Unfortunately due to illness our last visit was 2003 but we are already booked for October 2005.
