Friendly staff, the food was excellent, great location next to all bars and shops but quite noisy on a night due to location. Would recommend the Riudor to anybody. Best hotel we have ever stopped in.

We have stayed at the Riudor on two occasions and would not hesitate to stay there again. We found the hotel staff very helpful and friendly. The rooms were cleaned to a high standard and the food was second to none.

Review title: "Lovely Hotel"
Travel date: April 2008
Just returned from a lovely week in the Riudor, Benidorm. Hotel is very clean, staff all friendly and food very good. Apart from your usual pork, chicken, pastas etc there was lamb, roast beef and Yorkshire puddings, beef steaks, steak and kidney pie, plus tasty soups and all the lovely deserts. The entertainment is quite good too.

Benidorm is great - there is something for everyone. Will certainly go back to the Riudor - loved it.

Review title: "Ruidor - The Best One Yet"
Travel date: January 2008
We have stayed in five hotels in Benidorm and we found the Riudor to be the best. It was very clean, the staff were friendly. 95 per cent English visitors.

I am diabetic and every morning the chef made my porridge with sweeteners. The room was spacious and comfortable. The staff very obliging. Entertainment was very good. We won the 'Ideal Couple' game there were singers and comedians.

We overlooked the 'Black Chicken' singers' bar and some days I would have liked to ring its neck - mainly girls trying to sing and squawking at the top of their voice. That was mainly in the afternoon and you had to have your doors open to hear them.

I was pleased that you have to use antiseptic wipes before entering the dining hall. However, after a weeks stay I am now at home with very itchy blistered hands - I think the antiseptic was to strong for me and caused an allergy. We found the manager in the dining area very helpful and he could speak good English.

If you want a nice night out, go to 'Dolly Daydreams' down the same road as the 'Orange' but on the opposite side of the road. It is a professional singers' bar and the hosts are wonderful. But please don't talk loudly when the acts are on.

We will definately book this hotel again. The food was nice and they did roast beef and Yorkshire puddings. Plenty of salads, fish, curries, pizza, chops, shepherd's pie, sweet and sour, chicken, pork, lots of fruit, jelly, puddings, fancies, yoghurts and ice cream. I could go on and on but going to look for another holiday now. Yes, the same hotel. Hope you have a good as time as we did.

Review title: "Amazing Hotel"
Travel date: September 2007
What an amazing hotel. Personally, as a non smoker, the smokers did not bother me one bit and the food is amazing (and no, I don't eat chips every night). I am 17 and know pretty much every member of staff in the hotel. The rooms are always clean and tidy and the staff are amazing, so much so that they are helping me learn Spanish.

I can't fault this hotel and I'm going back to the Riudor in January for Los Reyes (Three Kings Day) and this will have been my seventh time in 18 months. I would never go to another hotel ever.

I wasn't that impressed with the Riudor hotel, maybe as I'm only 20 but when advertised as an adults' only hotel, I was expecting more entertainment than there was. Everyone smoked around the hotel pool which I did not like as I am a non-smoker. I must say it was very clean though, could not fault that one bit. The staff are friendly and do try and help you as much as possible. Overall it wasn't my best holiday and I must say I have had better food as well. Not everyone likes seafood! Chips, chips, and more chips. Sorry, wouldn't go back!

My husband and I stayed in the Riudor in 2006 and the staff were friendly and helpful, the hotel was clean, the view was great and the food was tasty. We liked it that much we have planned to go back in 2008 and look forward to it.

Review title: "Thank You Again"
Travel date: July 2005
We have just returned from two weeks at the Riudor. (Our second time) Yet again we have been met with a very high standard of service. Hotel is spotless, food .excellent!, which caters for all tastes and so much to choose from; staff are extremely helpful and friendly. We wouldn't hesitate to return a third time.

Its current rating is three star but it felt more like four star service. You are spoilt for choice on the never ending outside night life but for those who just want to have a relaxing holiday, the hotel entertainment is good, we had some enjoyable nights there, or if you prefer, there is also bingo a few nights a week.

All in all we had a wonderful time, there is only one drawback though, which is the reason for only giving our nine out of ten. Please get some proper sun beds for our next time. (too many tables and chairs) otherwise a top class holiday and a top class hotel. Thank you Riudor !!!

Review title: "Great Stay At Hotel Ruidor"
Travel date: June 2005
We have just returned after staying at the hotel last week (4 - 11th). We found the hotel excellent. The staff were always helpful. Food was excellent. I think anyone could find something they liked. Evening entertainment was to a very high standard. Close to the beach and promenade for a stroll.

The pool was a little bit deep at the shallow end - being 1.50 metres - I had to stand on tip toe to keep my head above water. Not easy for just cooling dip for any length of time. OK if you are a strong swimmer. Snack bar abd drinks available - excellent and reasonable cost

Review title: "The Best Food In Town"
Travel date: April 2005
We did not stay at the hotel but visited on three occcasions for evening meal. You pay a fixed price at the door and you can have as many servings as you like. The selection is marvellous and caters for all tastes. Some of the food is cooked in front of you and the standard of service is brilliant. This is one place not to miss if you want good food at a reasonable price.
