The hotel has 21 floors with six lifts and features a buffet style restaurant with a selection of hot and cold dishes, an a la carte restaurant on the 21st floor, cafeteria and a bar to service the pool and the fitness area. The hotel also has an outdoor swimming pool for adults and children with a surrounding sun terrace and loungers, indoor heated pool, fitness area, sauna, a gym, solarium and massage. The Madeira Centro provides children's entertainment, as well as evening entertainment for adults. The hotel also features an underground car park, air-conditioning in all public areas, 24 hour reception, television room, games room and late departure facilities including showers, changing rooms and left luggage. The convention hall on the twentieth floor holds up to 135 people and the hotel can cater for different events.
