Well, what can I say but spot on! Amazing staff. Maids were A1, entertainment gang were great and lovely with the kids and the restaurant staff were fab - on the ball with cleanliness.

Food was lovely - plenty of choice and something for everyone. The puddings were to die for.

The rooms were immaculate, the beds were so comfortable.

The entrance area is breathtaking and there was always room round the pool. You didn't need to go out early to put your towels down. One fault - the pool was freezing but when you are hot, who cares.

I went for a week but it wasn't long enough and I didn't want to come home. Would definitely go again but for longer.

This was our second visit to the Flamingo Oasis hotel and we love it. Staff very friendly, food great and animation team excellent although the Thomson reps a bit inexperienced. We booked direct with Portland and are just about to book again for next year.

Review title: "Not As Good As The Last Time"
Travel date: October 2008
Just returned from the Flamingo Oasis. This was our third visit and we were very disappointed. It has gone down since our last visit in December 2007. The air con didn't work, the curtains were falling off the track, the bathroom door would not close, the television worked sometime, tiles were falling off round the bar area and tiles were chipped on stairs. Food not so good, not as much choice. Children were allowed to run all over with no supervision from adults.

The one good thing was the entertainments, but that could have started 30 minutes earlier so the children could go to bed.

Myself and my wife have stayed at many four star hotels and so far this is one of the best for cleanliness and food especially, although bacon at breakfast a bit to fatty for me.

Only one problem was too many children, which is not usually a problem in four star but the Flamingo Oasis is a very popular hotel and we would definitely use it again.

Travel date: September 2008
My family and I really enjoyed our first holiday in Benidorm. We all thought that the Flamingo Oasis hotel was excellent, very clean and tidy and very well presented. Food was very good, with an excellent choice which catered for everybody.

I must say that what made the holiday really good was the hotel entertainment team. They were the best we have seen and this is our fifth all inclusive holiday. The shows that they put on were excellent and I would recommend this hotel to anybody.

Review title: "Flamingo Oasis Hotel Food Not Good"
Travel date: May 2008
Stayed for a week from the 3rd to 10th May. There were about 200 children running about until early hours in the bar and the hotel. The noise was ear splitting - screaming, shouting and doors banging.

The food was only just warm if you were later going down to restaurant and food for the English was limited and vegetables tasted as if they had been cooked in vinegar. The bacon was dripping in fat every morning. Desserts were nice but a lot of the food looked like glorified stews swimming in grease.

The towels need replacing and there was no litter bin in your room. Shan't be going to the Flamingo Oasis again. Needed a holiday when I got home.

Anyone who says this hotel is no good is definitely wrong. Me and my family have been going for years. We have also tried other hotels and once you have been to the Flamingo Oasis, I still haven't found one to beat it. The food is great, the rooms are spacious and clean and staff are friendly, so my score is 11 out of ten.

Excellent hotel, something for everyone. A real bonus is the adults only roof top terrace - a real sun trap with small swimming pool and bar. Hotel entertainment was very good, usually two shows per evening. The hypnotist was a particular favourite.

Great location, ten minutes walk to beach and night life.

Well, once again another good report on the fantastic Flamingo Oasis. The entertainment was first class, put on by the lovely team. Rooms not so bad, beds so uncomfortable - not really suitable for people with back pains but other than that everything else was amazing!

There is a games room for kids, computers and mini golf. Different activities were held by the team through out the day. Bingo was rubbish - you win a t-shirt for the line and a clock for the full house. Ha ha. Parks were good, visited them all once again. Kids can get their hair done in the hotel hairdressing salon. For the adults, there is a massage room, gym and a sauna. 25 floors up is the 'Skyline' bar - only adults. There is a swimming pool and don't forget the best view you will ever get of Benidorm. Pool tables are cheap like everything. If you are an all inclusive customer you will get your picture taken and put onto a swipe card which must be kept at all bars and food areas. Well, this hotel is the best. Its' waiting for you in the sunny Benidorm.

This is most definitely not a four star hotel. Staff unfriendly, food cold every meal time, wine off tables used to top other used bottles up, for re-use, ( not exactly healthy).
Miles away from the beach and all cabaret and entertainment in the evening. Hotel entertainment not bad. Would not return.

This was our second time at the hotel and we really enjoyed ourselves. The staff are friendly and the rooms are clean and spacious. We cannot fault it and that is why we plan to go again this year for the third time but we plan on staying for two weeks this time.

We have two young kids and they enjoy it too and there is always plenty to do. You never get bored; you just wish you had more time to do everything. Can't wait to go back.

Just back from Flamingo Oasis, November 2006. Best hotel I have ever stayed in. Food, you could not ask for more. Clean, the maids were the best and I can't say anything more than that. I am a fussy eater and I like surroundings to be spotless and this is what I got on holiday. Will be back next year. Staff was terrific. I have got family and friend all booking this hotel as it is the best.

The hotel was amazing. The breakfast, spot on! Apart from we ordered five beds and only got four so me, my mum and sister had to share and there was no room. The balcony was above the pool and the view was amazing and you could see the Terra Mitica sign in the distance it was AMAZING.

The pool area was never that busy, busy, but not too busy. At night there is a show but before the show there is a kids' disco and the adults can play with the kids as well. There are competitions and I would give it ten out of ten.

It was 100 per cent clean and you can leave your hotel room in a mess, leave you bed undone and they will clean up for you! So come and stay at the Flamingo Oasis!

My dad is in a wheel chair and the staff could not do enough for him at the Flamingo Oasis. From the time we got there when a nice young man came and got our bags, then took them in our room, they got his meals when I was not there and his drinks until we left when they took our bags out side it's the best holiday ever. In fact we wanted to book up for this year but for personal reasons we can't but we have booked up for 2008.

Review title: "Flamingo Oasis Was Boring"
Travel date: January 2006
When we first arrived at the hotel, we thought the place looked amazing. When we checked in, we found out we were on the 19th floor and when I had booked the holiday I had asked for a room lower down. When we eventually got to the room, I was disappointed because I feel all the money has gone on the marble flooring in the reception area. We got moved rooms a couple of days after we arrived to the first floor and the room was stinking. It smelt of dampness and sewage and the air conditioning in the first room didn't work right. The toilet doors don't lock because they say it's for health and safety reasons but personally, when I go to the toilet or for a shower, I like a bit of privacy where I know nobody is going to walk in.

When we went to look around, there were old people everywhere. When the maids went in to clean the rooms, they were in here for ages and wouldn't let us in the room until the floor had dried. The keys didn't work properly either.

The food was pretty much the same everyday and the drinks were not that nice either. Some of the entertainment in the Flamingo was boring and some was good. We came home early because it was very boring and cold and I would not recommend this hotel to young people. The only good part about the holiday was when we went to Benidorm Palace because that was amazing. I don't know how this hotel got a four star rating.

Travel date: December 2005
On our arrival, we were quickly greeted by friendly reception staff. The first impression of the area was airy and big. The room we stayed in was large and very clean, nice size balcony too. Great bathroom, double sink, bath, shower, bidet and of course, the toilet. Rooms were cleaned daily to a good standard and there were excellent facilities for disabled. Lots of wardrobe space too, and plenty of coat hangers.

Meals were a bit boring after a few days, not saying that the food was rubbish at all, it was plentiful and varied but became very much the same type of food that I cook at home e.g. casseroles, liver, chips! Desserts all tasted pretty much the same too. We were all inclusive and the drinks were definitely the cheapest the hotel could find. The wine was el cheepo and I couldn't drink it. Lager was the safest bet for me. Nothing had any ummffff about it.

Everyone in the hotel seemed to smoke and by the end of the holiday I stank of stale tobacco. Evening entertainment was so immature and unprofessional too. Seating was uncomfortable. Staff were o.k., but certainly didn't put themselves out to please us. All in all a decent winter break, but I wouldn't use this hotel again.

This was the most amazing experience of my life. The hotel is amazing!! The rooms are so clean, the food is at top standards and the staff are so helpful. The view from the balcony is wonderful.

I am going back in September because I have got lucky with one of the bar maids who works in the hotel, so any lads my age, 18, keep away. Lol.

My recommendations are to visit Aqualandia, this brilliant waterpark, and Terra Mitica, the best theme park in Europe.

This is the best hotel by far in Benidorm and great for families and young gents like myself by the way. I made a mate out there and he got lucky with one of the entertainers so get booking!!! :)

We went when it opened in its first year. The hotel is very clean and well looked after. Accommodation is great and lots of room to spread your elbows. Any one going here will not be disappointed.

The food is varied and plentiful and is buffet style with no quibble about seconds, should you have a healthy appetite. Entertainment is provided in the hotel in one of the many bars and also there is a snack bar by the pool.

In May 2004, six of us travelled to Flamingo Oasis. It was great, the food was fantastic, the entertainment could have been a bit better but the staff were great, especially Frank. He was lovely.

I give Flamingo Oasis a rating of 9/10. There are six lifts in the hotel, three swimming pools, three bars, a hairdressers and there is a kid's club and pool tables for the older people.

Flamingo Oasis has been the best holiday I have been on and would love to return.
