This is the worst room I have ever paid for but I was lucky my friends put me up as no way would I have stayed at this hole. It's terrible and spoilt my holidays as it did many guests' I spoke to. I have spent time travelling to Thailand and have never seen a hostel like it. The Residencia Bristol is not a hotel – beware.

We were apprehensive about these apartments as we were told that the Levante side of Benidorm was much better than the old town which is where these apartments are situated. How surprised we were! The old town is fabulous for dining, entertainment and the Spanish way of life features much more here which we really enjoyed.

We were half board and so had our meals at the nearby Bristol Park Hotel. The food quality was excellent and the staff at both places were brilliant. If you want a cheap holiday with loads of atmosphere and comfortable surroundings, then this is the place to go.

This a basic, no frills hotel, but how long do you spend in a room. The rooms were spacious and serviced everyday i.e. beds made and changed fresh towels etc. mprovement wise, a fridge in the rooms would not go a miss.

The staff where polite and always available 24 hours a day. I felt the security here was better than any of the four star hotels I've stayed in.

We stayed B and B but you need to go to the sister hotel across the road for breakfast which was a three star hotel and the food was excellent. You can also use the pool and bar facilities

I would stay at this hotel again, no complaints. Ideal for people who don't want to spend masses of money but who need a break and have more spend whilst in the resort. Also the pizza bar opposite offers some of the best pizza I've tasted.
