We have just returned having stayed at the Benidorm Centre for a week. We arrived on 26 February. The weather was awful, rain and it was very, very cold. The hotel looks impressive from outside and the staff were friendly and helpful.

We were delayed for five hours and arrived about 10pm to find they had left us a cold dinner in our room which we did appreciate. The room we were in was basic for a four star hotel (room 307 back of hotel - sunny side of the hotel). The bathroom was dark and if you are on the large side you would have trouble sitting on the loo the way it was situated. The shower was like standing under a tap, so had to use the bath all the time.

The food was good, plenty of it. We were full board but similar each night. If you are a veggie (like me) not a lot of choice as they add meat to everything, loads of fish on the menu. The waiters had lots of time for the young children/babies.

Entertainment was good at night (we believe) and the bar and staff friendly. On the whole it was okay but would not give this hotel a four star. It was in a good location. We enjoyed our holiday in Benidorm, even though it was freezing!!
