Villa Binfarda

The finca of Binifarda is situated on the hillside of the ruined castle of Santueri, offering views, just a few minutes walk from the centre of Felanitx, shops and restaurants are five minutes drive away and the beaches and bays on the east coast of the island can be accessed by car in about 15 minutes.

The finca consists of two buildings. The main house has one double and one single bedroom, one living room with open fireplace, dining room and kitchen. There is a separate laundry room with washing machine. The other building is divided into three separate double bedrooms, all with en suite bathrooms. The whole finca is decorated in a Mediterranean style and each bedroom is equipped with satellite television, safety deposit box and fridge. The whole building has central heating.

The Binifarda features a swimming pool, terraces with panoramic views and barbecue facilities.
