The Sa Pedrissa finca is located on the north coast of Mallorca, half a kilometre from the centre of Deia within the Serra de Tramuntana surrounded by old olive presses. This old property and its house date back to the 17th century and once belonged to the Archduke Luis Salvador of Austria. In 1997, Sa Pedrissa was declared a place of cultural and historical interest and has now been reconverted into a rural hotel with eight rooms. It still maintains some of the original historical features such as look-out balconies perched over the sea or its oil press today reconverted into a dining-room.
All bedrooms in the finca are equipped with air conditioning, central heating, telephone, satellite television, mini bar, stereo and safety deposit box. Apartments have views of the mountains and suites, which are set in the gardens, have sea views. Garden suites also have a kitchenette and jacuzzi.
The Sa Pedrissa features an international 'a la carte' restaurant which also serves Mallorcan specialities.
