The three star Aristos Hotel is located in a business areas of Madrid, only a few metres from the M-30 and M-40 motorways, only 15 minutes from Barajas airport and the Juan Carlos I trade fair hall, five minutes from the Chamartín railway station and 15 minutes from the city centre. The hotel was built in 1974 and refurbished in the year 2000.

The Aristos, which can sleep 42 people, has 23 rooms, four of which are single and 19 double. The hotel also has one junior suite. All rooms are air conditioned/centrally heated and have a bathroom with hydro massage shower, mini-bar, telephone, satellite television with canal+, hair dryer, piped music and a safety deposit box. There are also cots available.

Hotel facilities include a lift, garden/terrace, outdoor parking and the restaurant 'El Chaflán' which is open to both hotel guests and the general public.
