The Sol Principito complex has 170 apartments and studios for two to four people and each has a terrace overlooking the gardens and swimming pool. The apartments are equipped with a bathroom with hair dryer, kitchenette with refrigerator, air-conditioning in summer (from July 1 to September 30) and central heating in winter, telephone, piped music and safety deposit box.

The facilities at the nearby Sol Principe Hotel are open to all guests of Sol Principito, including three open-air swimming pools set in gardens and terraces, indoor heated pool, restaurant, snack bar, poolside bar (in summer), piano bar and discotheque (in summer).
