The five star Vila Vita Parc Resort & Spa is situated on a cliff top, in 40 acres of gardens, some 1.6 kilometres west of the centre of Armacao de Pera, about 3.5 kilometres from Porches, on the southern coast of the Algarve in Portugal.

The accommodation, at the Vila Vita Parc comprises 182 rooms and suites, each having a bathroom and a balcony or terrace, and being equipped with individually controlled air conditioning and heating, satellite television, direct dial telephone, internet access, a minibar and a safety deposit box. There are rooms and suites adapted for use by disabled guests.

The facilities, at the Resort are as would be expected of a five star complex, and include nine restaurants (some seasonal), four bars, 24 hour reception, laundry service, lifts, internet access, a gift shop, business centre and three conference or banqueting rooms for up to 350 delegates. The Resort also has three swimming pools, an indoor pool, a hair salon, a Spa with gym, sauna, steam rooms, offering various baths and treatments. There are three children's clubs, a creche for those 6 months to four years, a miniclub for children aged 4 to 12, and activities for children aged 12 and upwards. Sports facilities include 5 tennis courts, a driving range, pitch and putt, 9 hole minigolf and various watersports on the beach.

The Resort also has a 22 foot motorised yacht for up to 10 passengers, giving day cruises up and down the coast.
