The two key Mariscal VII Apartments are situated near the Europe Avenue, 500 metres from Levante Beach and 800 metres from the resort centre of Benidorm where there are bars, supermarket, shops and restaurants.

The apartments consist of one bedroom with twin beds, living room with sofa bed, kitchen, washing machine, bathroom and two terraces or balconies. Safety deposit boxes, cots and televisions can be hired. There is a weekly change of linen (sheets and towels) as well as one extra change of towels during the week.

Facilities at the Mariscal VII complex include a swimming pool, sun terrace and car parking.
