The Residencia Ca'n Moragues Hotel is located in an old stately home, originating from the 18th century and which has been restored and transformed into an hotel with eight rooms, of which four are double rooms and four are junior suites. It is inside the old part of the village of Artá and is close to the beaches of Cala Torta, Cala Aguila, Cala Moltó, Cala Mesquida and Cala Gat. There are also four golf courses nearby: Capdepera, Canyamel, Son Servera and Pula.

Each of the eight rooms in the Residencia Ca'n Moragues is equipped with air-conditioning, central heating, bathroom, telephone with a private number, satellite television and safety deposit box.

Facilities at the hotel include a restaurant, lounge, garden with orange trees, a courtyard with plants and flowers, sun terrace and swimming pool, indoor pool, sauna and gym.
