The two key Royal Apartments are situated some 250 metres from the centre of Mahon and about 254 kilometres from the airport.

The accommodation, at the Royal complex, comprises 34 apartments, each having a fully equipped bathroom, a lounge, a kitchenette and a balcony. Each apartment is equipped with air conditioning, central heating, television, a telephone and a rental safety deposit box. Five apartments are adapted for use by disabled guests.

The facilities, at the apartments, include a bar, a conference room equipped with high speed internet access, to accommodate 20 people, a hairdresser and beauty parlour, a swimming pool, sun terrace, children's play area and car parking.
