Lovely place to stay. Basic but ticked all the right boxes. On the edge of town but only five minutes to centre. Very well cleaned with very friendly staff. An ideal place to stay if you want to feel safe and secure. Well done, Los Tulipanes.

The site was cleaned early every morning and cleaners came regularly and changed towels. (Everyone misses cleaning that strip of floor at the back of the bathroom door wherever you go!)

We really liked the complex, its layout and pools. Reception staff helpful and hire charge for safe box reasonable. Apartment well equipped for price we paid with kettle and toaster and oven. Small bath with shower adequate. Kitchen fittings OK but basic.

We took small child and were placed right opposite children's pool which was spotless. We were given a small inflatable boat donated by a previous customer. Bar is open mid morning until late and plays music and serves hot meals and salads to order at reasonable prices. Staff are really pleasant and keep everywhere smart.

Supermarkets were handy enough and the few minutes it took to get into town or to the beach was fine for us as we preferred this location. We felt very safe. Regular customers were helpful and we benefited from the atmosphere created by the really nice people staying there.

We would go back to Los Tulipanes for another holiday. However, we found the resort lacked interest with tatt and tobacco shops alternating with a chain of mass produced food provision. The places we ate on the beach side of the main drag were better with a really good one top left of the casino and overlooking the sea. They served good food and did not do rip off prices for drinks. (Reminding me to add that we flew from East Midlands airport and the bar there charged me £1.89 for a child's lemonade!) There was nowhere to stop to be entertained if you were strolling in the evening.

We own the 'Cellar' bar in Tenerife and we like a friendly chill out place to take a break. Los Tulipanes is the best place for us. All the staff are great, especially Danny at the pool bar.
