The accommodation, at the Riu Club Oliva Beach, which was renovated in the summer of 2004, is in a seven storey main building and a two storey and a three storey annexe buildings, and comprises 401 rooms in the main building, split between single and double rooms and suites, each having a private bathroom (single rooms only have a shower), with hair dryer, a living room with sofa bed (suites only) and a balcony or terrace. In the annexe buildings there are 413 rooms split between double rooms, double rooms with separate living area and a sofa bed, and suites with two bedrooms and two sofa beds in a separate living area. Most rooms and suites have a balcony or terrace. All rooms are equipped with air conditioning and ceiling fan, carpets (rooms in main building only), satellite television, a fridge, music channels and a rental safety deposit box.

The facilities, at this Riu hotel, include two non smoking restaurants, themed Canarian and Asian restaurants, a lounge bar, and a pub/bar, beauty salon and a kiosk. There are two swimming pools (heated in winter), and two children's pools (heated in winter), surrounded by sun terraces with sun beds and parasols, two pool side bars, a children's play area, a gym, a hobby club and a multi sport court. A programme of daytime and evening entertainment is provided, including a mini club for the younger children, and guests can take part in various activities and sports such as table tennis and pool.
