The accommodation, at the Oasis Village, comprises 232 one or two bedroom apartments each with a private bathroom, a lounge area with a sofa bed, and a balcony or terrace. 96 of the apartments have a kitchenette. The apartments are equipped with pay to view television and a rental security box.

The facilities, at the hotel, include an a la carte restaurant, a cafe and a pub, a luggage room, internet access and currency exchange. There is a supermarket in the nearby Oasis Dunas complex.
