Aparthotel Veramar I

Constructed in 1975, the Veramar I was refurbished in 1988 when it was converted into an aparthotel with a three-star category.

The aparthotel entrance has a reception area and lounge and the buffet restaurant is also located on the ground floor. The Veramar I offers a range of services including a buffet restaurant, swimming pool, supermarket, chemist, hairdresser, two lounges for conventions or festive events with a capacity for 50 and 300 people respectively, cafeteria bar, swimming pool for adults, swimming pool for children, pool snack bar and gardens.

The aparthotel has 136 apartments and studios. The studios sleep two, the apartments sleep three to four. All apartments are cleaned four times per week and feature a bathroom, kitchen with refrigerator and microwave, telephone, satellite television, central heating and rental safety deposit box. Studios have electric hobs and apartments have ovens. Towels are changed every three days and bed linen every five days.
