The Las Palmeras offers a total of 400 twin rooms and ten double rooms with a separate lounge. Room facilities include air conditioning, central heating, satellite television, hair dryer, telephone, safety deposit box (at an extra charge) and balcony or terrace. The hotel offers room service from 08.00 - 24.00 hours midnight as well as a laundry service.

The hotel features a boutique, gift shop and hairdresser. The restaurant 'Oasis', with a capacity for 700 persons, offers an international buffet with breakfast, lunch and dinner with assorted hot and cold dishes. The 'Octògono', 'España' and 'Colòn' lounges have a capacity of between 80 and 400 persons. The piano bar 'El Tren' offers piano music, the bar 'Terraza' is located in the main foyer of the hotel and there is a coffee shop on the 'j' floor of the hotel. The hotel has nine meeting / banqueting rooms, with a capacity of between 12 and 500 people. A range of audio-visual or technical equipment is available for hire (on request).

There is an outdoor swimming pool for adults and paddling pool for children, both with views of the marina. The entertainment department offers guests a programme of sports and leisure activities, both during the daytime and the evening and there are mini club activities for children from five to 12 years old. The Las Palmeras also features a tennis court, games room with table-tennis and pool tables.
