"Fantastic Hotel"
Travel date:
September 2008
Been home one week now and I wish I were back at the Lagotel. 10.45 p.m. we arrived at the hotel. We checked in at the reception where a very friendly member of staff greeted us with a warm welcome and told us some food had been put out for us as we had missed the evening meal.
Arrived at our room which was a family room. It was very spacious and clean. We have two small children and needed two cots and even with these in our main room it was still very spacious. We requested a pool view but didn't get one and were glad as we had a fantastic view overlooking the lake. Towels changed every day and kept very clean.
The food was really good with a large choice at every mealtime. Food always hot. Microwaves are in the dining room if you need them and there are loads of high chairs. I read in one review that buggies are not allowed in the dining room but this is not the case. All spanish staff in dining room friendly and the restaurant manager was always friendly and spoke with my husband every night to help him as he is learning Spanish.
Entertainment at night was very good. The first week of our stay the shows were outside but we had rain the second week so the shows were inside so the noise of it was heard all around the hotel and it went on until around 11 at the earliest. Kids' disco every night with Dino who all the kids loved followed by bingo with cash prizes followed then by the main show including knife throwers, 'Take That' and Rod Stewart tribute acts, Brazilian dancers and parrot show.
Very nice pools and kept clean although they are cold. My daughter at seven months was only in ten minutes and I had to take her out as she was shivering and my son at nearly two had blue lips he was that cold. There are six pools and plenty of sunbeds.
Hotel prices of drinks were quite high - one bottle of lager two euros (same lager sold at local supermarket at six bottles for 2.40 euros) so felt a bit ripped off.
Got bitten a fair bit by mosquitoes, especially the second week. Maybe this was due to a drop in temperature or rain.
We didn't use the kids' club but loads of others did it seemed good fun for them. A small children's play area with slides, a climbing frame and various toys for the sand is just opposite the reception beside the lake. The beach is a ten minute walk away or catch the free courtesy bus outside the hotel.
Port de Alcudia is worth a visit. It took us about 45 minutes to walk there. All in all had a fantastic time and would definately recommend this hotel, especially if you're looking for a good all round family hotel.

"The Lagotel was Disappointing"
Travel date:
September 2008
My husband and myself stayed at the Lagotel with our family from the 18 to 25 of September. We had three good days of weather and it rained for the rest of the week. We had to stay in the hotel. There was nothing for the kids to do except the club for two hours in the morning and two hours at tea time. The entertainment in the evening was rubbish every night and the smell of the waste coming from the hotel into the lake at the back of the hotel was really bad.
The food was OK but there was not much of a selection and it was cold. The rooms were cleaned every day to a good standard. It was my first holiday abroad - what a let down. We will not be going to the Lagotel again.

I found the place very nice and the people that worked there were welcoming. We didn't stay in the hotel at night much, as we were in the English bar or sometimes the little bar by the beach. There was entertainment on at night and it was sometimes a little boring when we did actually stay there.
The maids didn't have our room cleaned for when we got there, but once we were there, they cleaned it almost every day. It was a brilliant holiday. Would probably go back to Lagotel.

"Lagotel Is Excellent"
Travel date:
August 2008
My husband and I and our kids aged 13 and ten absolutely enjoyed the Lagotel. We arrived at approximately 1.30 p.m. on 12/8/08. Reception area has marble floor and was spotless.
Our room with four beds was excellent and the maid kept it thoroughly cleaned for the two week stay of our holiday. Fabian and Jose the animation team are brill, as well as the kids' reps.
We stayed on half board basis. The food was excellent. Breakfast was a choice of five different cereals, yoghurts, meats, fresh fruit as well as tinned, cakes, bread rolls, bread for toast as well as the cooked bacon, sausages, beans, tomatoes and eggs etc. Evening meal: the chef carved a specific meat which varied from night to night but included chicken, turkey, gammon, pork, beef and rack of ribs. You then had two or three vegetables, all the salads, as well as other different meats and potatoes. Soup was also available. They do the best lasagne I've ever tasted. Then you have all the desserts, which were to die for.
I find it very hard to understand anyone who didn't like this hotel. The hotel/bar/pool staff and the lady at the supermarket were all very friendly and helpful. There's no rush for the pool in morning as its gated and the gate doesn't open until 10 a.m. so you would get a bed at any time of the day and it was cleaned and spotless, as was the pool bar.
This hotel is three star. Having stayed at a four star plus, nearly five star hotel in the previous year, this hotel is not far off and should definitely be four star.
The tennis courts are ten euros for an hour and mini golf two euros each were great. The courtesy bus to the beach went on time and was very handy. We took a taxi in to the old town of Alcudia (approximately 12 euros), then walked approximately 15 minutes down to the Port d'Alcudia where there are many shops, bars and boats etc and then after lunch decided to walk across the beach back to where the courtesy bus picked up at Playa de Muro. It takes approximately one hour but is a must as the beach is superb. There is no current and you can walk out so far it's unbelievable. So safe for the kids.
'The Swan' was a great British pub, as was 'Cheers'. As we were half board and food brill, we didn't eat out at all as there was no need to but the food at 'The Swan' looked superb. Ten out of ten for this holiday and we all would definitely return again.
One last thing, before going we read the reviews, most of which were good but many mentioned mosquitoes. We never saw a mosquito but did take two mosquito machines and were not bitten at all. For anyone who has booked this hotel for next year, I can only say 'you lucky people' and have a fab time.

First impressions: dirty and it didn't get any better. Arrived at 3.00 in the afternoon and the reception was filthy. Rubbish on the floors, food and glasses on the floor. Staying in the apartments, the walk to them was even worse. The corridors were filthy and the out door area not much better.
The apartments were big, the bathroom and beds were clean, but the floors, yes, wait for it, were filthy. I had to clean the tables and the floors were full of hair, nail clippings and goodness knows what else.
Went to the pool and just wanted to cry - it was filthy and crammed. Luckily there was the pool across the road that was very clean and had a lot more room. If this wasn't there, we would have come home after the first day.
The kids aged 13, ten and four enjoyed the place. The four adults not so much. The food was chips with every thing and we chose to eat out, even though we were half board. The breakfast was OK if you wanted a fry up every day - not much selection of fruit or cereal.
We left the hotel every night and went to Alcudia port or Playa de Muro. The entertainment was dreadful and the noise was beyond belief. There was no getting away from the noise with there being only one bar.
The holiday was OK because we had to make the most of it but I would not go back to the Lagotel if it was for free. They say first impressions last and unfortunately the reception is the first thing you see and it left a lot to be desired with the dirt and the staff.

What an amazing place to have a holiday! I've been to the Lagotel six different times and it's getting better each year!
Rooms are great, the resort is always clean and tidy and the environment is great! The entertainment staff - Fabian is great. Been there every year and Jose is the funniest man I've met! Kids' reps do a fantastic job looking after the kids! Activites are really good and helps the day fly by. Entertainment at night is great - something for every age!
Barmen made the holiday more enjoyable. Had the best of craic with them - Luis is a lovely fella, Marek is a brilliant guy and fun to look at, Jose is a funny man, Lucas, Rafa - ah, they are all great!
Great places to eat around the hotel too. 'Elisa' (just over the bridge) 'Cheers' (lovely food) and then on down the street there is a 'Burger King, 'The King' (mainly for English people), the 'Posh Paddy (mainly for the Irish people) and then 'Smyths' (which is delicious)
If you are going, you'll have a wicked holiday. Can't wait to go back next year again!

Me and my friend went for one week at the Lagotel and we had the time of our lives. The hotel is great. We loved it so much and there is so much to do for every age group. The jaccuzzi is wicked - I could just go on all day about it.
I've got to say that without the bar staff, it wouldn't have been that good. They were such a laugh and so friendly. Our favourite bar staff were Joshua, my baby - ha ha, Marek, so gorgeous and so nice, Raffa was so funny with great tricks!, Javi was so cute and Havier, aka sexy man. Then also Jose Maria, Nacho, Joaquin, Pelayo, Lukas - they were so nice. Oh and Enrique, the reception man, well he only saw us when we were drunk because he only worked nights but he was so lovely and funny.
I can't stop talking about it a. I can't wait to go back. I might even go back in a few months! We miss everyone all so much I really want to work there. Love it.

"Lagotel Hotel"

Me and my boyfriend when to the Lagotel in May this year. It was fantastic. The food is great, although you end up having a lot of different foods on your plate that don't really go together as a meal. Lots of food to chose from, even a fry up for breakfast! Rooms were clean and spacious. Entertainment was brill, although the 'Safari Lads' (playing with fire) weren't that good at it and nearly burnt down Lagotel!
Lagotel has two internet PCs which are one euro for 20 minutes or something like that. The only thing I thought was stupid was that we got to the hotel at around midnight and of course you're hungry at that time when only snacking from England and there was nothing around us to get a drink or food. Not even out of the hotel. So have a lot to eat before you get there if you are planning to get there late at night. The hotel is good though!
One of the days me and my boyfriend went playing crazy golf which was fun except we got bitten about 30 times and we had to stop playing. Around the hotel it's OK though as the crazy golf is at the back, across the road.
I recommend the English pub/restaurant which is called 'The Swan'. It's fantastic. The reps are very nice and help you for any thing, although if you're looking to go on trips, don't buy them from the hotel or reps. If you go the towards the main road you will find a shop next to Burger King on the corner on the right that does a lot cheaper excursions.
The hotel is very good for children and there is plenty to do and friendly. Your children will meet a lot of friends while there as most children were playing in the pool with many others!
Another thing I would have changed is the time I went. We went in May. It was hot most of the week we were there but with a cold breeze. My boyfriend didn't notice but I did. Also, the day before we left and the last day it rained so I reckon you should go about June, July or August! It was a great holiday. Ten out of ten.

I loved it! I'm 15 years old and went with my mum and her partner. After reading some of the reviews, I didn't think I was going to enjoy my stay at Lagotel at all.
The power station didn't ruin anything for me at all. In the day, you can't even notice it and at night its all pretty when it;s lit up! The food is great, typical holiday food but I had no complaints. Lovely stroll to the gorgeous beach and gorgeous sea. I even went paragliding which was a great experience and well worth the money. The bars on the beach are also lovely.
Some of the entertainment was worse than others but all were fun to watch. I recomend Lagotel to families. Go, it's great.

Great hotel with loads to do for the kids and also for adults too. Night entertainment very good and the staff put a lot of effort in to making it an all round great place to stay. Rooms very, very good and cleaned every other day, poolside and bar snack areas nice too but a bit of an ant problem round the sunbeds at the poolside.
If you're travelling to the Lagotel, be sure to bring insect spray there is a big problem with mosquitoes around and in the hotel its self. My wife got bitten 28 times - coming home you would have thought she had the measles, not a suntan.
But apart from the insect problem, the hotel and staff are first class and if it were not for our little friends who bite, I`d go back tomorrow but to my wife, kids and me that was a big put off.

"The Kids Loved It "

Our two bed apartment at the Lagotel was spacious and with two balconies just perfect for our family of four. The kids' bedroom backed onto the corridor and since we were near the lift, we did hear all the comings and goings after the evening entertainment finished. There were some rowdy teenagers. The kids' room was a very dark room but ours had a lovely big patio door with a fab view over the lake. It was cleaned but the maid never refilled our soap containers and didn't sweep under the beds or wipe my boys' sticky finger marks off of the patio windows, etc.
We were with a large group and the kids ranged from two and a half through to six and a half. The kids just loved the kids' club and were begging to go in! The mini-disco was fun but on previous holidays in similar resorts the DJ/kids' entertainers made more of an effort to talk to the kids with a microphone etc which would have been good here too. They put on an evening club from 9 p.m. to 11 p.m. which is a bit too late for our boys - it would be great it if was 8 p.m. - 10 p.m. or even 7 p.m. - 9 p.m!
The lads enjoyed the water polo and the aqua was fun but not frequent enough. We preferred the other pool which although was salt water, it wasn't strong. It was quieter, greener and less of a mad rush for the sun beds!
The beach is lovely - a very shallow sea - perfect for the little ones. Look out for the 'Looky looky, mama, papa, fruity fruity' lady who has coconuts, pineapples and watermelons which are fresh and delicious!
The hotel food was varied if you eat meat - I don't - and so as a fish eating veggie it was very limited and the fish wasn't good. Even the vegetables had lumps of pork and bacon in it so I couldn't even have a big plate of the green stuff!
Locally, Port Alcudia and Puerto Pollenca were just lovely - particularly for an evening out. Be warned that the taxis back from Port Alcudia have hour long queues if you don't make your exit before 9 p.m.
'Yolandie's' restaurant near the beach was lovely (I recommend the grilled sole - I had it a few times!) and so was 'Elisa' which is just over the bridge. That was perfect for the kids to feed the ducks on the grass whilst we finished our coffees (try and sit down the side not in the front!).
We used our bug sprays religiously and our plugs in (buy them before you get there just to make sure!) and were not bitten.
Overall we had a great holiday and the kids loved it, we just wished we were within walking distance of either Alcudia Port or Pollenca which were much nicer (and classier!) that our local shops.

"Very Average"
Travel date:
August 2007
I have just returned from a two week stay at the Lagotel. I was a single person in a group consisting of five families of four. They stayed in the apartments which were lovely and spacious. I was under the impression on booking that I would be staying in a twin room for single occupancy, but boy was I wrong. I was put in a room, slightly bigger than a box room in a three bed semi. Even though I was charged an under occupancy fee, there was barely enough room for the single bed and side table. As it was high season there were no rooms to move to, so I stuck with it. As it so happened I was hardly in the room, except to sleep so it was fine and it had the benefit of not overlooking the pool so I wasn't disturbed by the rowdiness in the bar late at night. It did have a private bathroom and a small balcony.
The hotel itself was OK and the staff very helpful and friendly. The maids did their jobs adequately, but after the first week, I did notice that they became a bit lax about sweeping the bedroom floor and emptying the bathroom waste bin.
As part of a group including ten children, the kids facilities were excellent both First Choice kids' clubs and the hotel's own animation team. The pools got crowded and as was mentioned in other reviews, we did indeed have the 9 a.m. sun bed dash to reserve your spot - but be aware that the towels were removed if beds were unoccupied first thing in the morning. We did visit the other pool over the road which was indeed quieter, however, be aware that it is a salt water pool.
Even though I was half board, we only ate in the restaurant three evenings. The food was not very good - unless you like pork or chips with everything! Breakfast was OK, but my only criticism was that if it says serving until 10 a.m., then why do they stop bringing out fresh food for those dishes that have run out at 9.30 a.m?
Overall, I would say it was distinctly average. The Lagotel deserves its three star rating - no more, no less.

Having read these reviews prior to going on holiday, we were really looking forward to our holiday. The hotel itself is clean and the staff are friendly, however our room was on the first floor above reception. The teenagers hang about reception and run up and down the stairs screaming and laughing until 2 a.m. and the maids start cleaning the reception area just after 7 a.m., so sleep was a real luxury.
Meal times were also a nightmare. The dining room could not cope with the capacity of people and the food was similar every day.
This is the only holiday I have ever been desperate to get home from. There was a lady crying at reception the day we left, because the staff told her they are not allowed to get the rowdy teenagers into trouble for making noise late at night because they are on holiday.
Good luck to all who stay there.

"Lagotel"
Travel date:

Lagotel is a family hotel, bear that in mind when you visit it. It has a family plus unit which means that there is a First Choice creche and kids' club to cater for children up to eight years old, a 'Wavelength Hut' to cater for children up to 15 years old and then the animation team which does activities for everyone over the age of 16, whether this be your champions league football on a Sunday or just your typical water polo or darts game. Evening entertainment start around 8-9 p.m. and usually goes through to about midnight. It can a little bit noisy if you are wanting to go to bed earlier.
The food is alright but if you are staying for two weeks though you may want to dine somewhere else a few nights, as you get sick of the taste after a week or so. The snack bar is great for some lunch snacks. However I do recommend 'Cheers' around the corner - it's a family friendly pub serving great food and good entertainment.
The pools are what you expect from a family unit - packed - get there early to get your sunbeds. Tuesdays and Saturdays are quieter being airport days. The 'Breezers' bar is probably the nicer pool - it is salt water but quieter.
The rooms are what you expect from a three star hotel, equipped and not much to complain about, everything you want in them.
Staff are extremely friendly, reception staff Pasquale is a legend, unless he's stressed. Daniel the restaurant manager is the best guy there bar none.
I would not recommend it to anyone that gets in a twist quite easily. The Lagotel is a family unit being completely family orientated, that is where it excels in. If you are an older couple looking for a quiet getaway, the port of Alcudia or Puerto Pollensa will suit you better as they are quieter and better scenery. So bear that in mind when booking your holiday. If you are a younger couple as well it is also quite suitable. It is only a seven euro taxi away from the Bellevue strip where all your night life and clubs are.
The beach is top quality and great for a day out. Best restaurant is 'Tex- Mex' bar none. Must visit while you're there.
And a few of the excursions there are complete rip-offs. Inca Market - rent a car and take your family down there, it's cheaper. Palma and Marineland - same. Pirates- get yourself booked on as soon as you get there, trust me on this. Big Splash- Western Waterpark- is must see and must do well worth the money. Wet and Wild - well worth the money - family favourite day out. Take water though, it gets warm
The other excursions are not worth mentioning maybe Rancho Grande if you're into the whole line dancing thing.
So hope this review was helpful. I used to be a former rep at the hotel, so there's my verdict

"Fantastic Hotel!"
Travel date:
August 2006
This hotel is wonderful. We stayed there in 2005 and loved it so much we stayed there again in 2006 (which is saying a lot because we're a hard bunch to please).
There is a wide choice of food which is all great. The staff, especially the waiters and entertainment team, are all really friendly and funny and always enthusiastic.
The standards are first class. The bulb in our bathroom blew and a repair man came to fix it within 15 minutes. We even saw the maid quickly touching up some paintwork on her way round the rooms! The rooms are clean, spacious and cool (the air conditioning is excellent). My mum was happy because the TV had CNN so she could keep up with the news. The views from the balconies are great (the only minor point being the small power station nearby but that actually looks really cool at night).
The pool area is great. (Tip - If you want a sun bed at the pool by the hotel, then eat breakfast as early as possible because they go fast. We actually used the pool at the ‘Breezer's' club just across the road, the only difference being a salt water pool which doesn't open until 10 a.m. so you're more likely to get a sun bed). The sports facilities are also very good. The crazy golf is popular, the three tennis courts (sand, grass and hard) are well kept and there is also an indoor squash court.
The evening entertainment is good on most days. (Tip - be a regular for the bingo, it takes a while to get started but there is a generous payout for the prizes). They have circus and gymnastic acts, comedians, tribute bands and magicians. On a couple of days they have audience competitions and karaoke (which appealed to my sister but not the rest of us). The comedy act put on by the entertainment staff was great on our first stay and would have been good in the second stay if the people around us could have shut up. Unfortunately, when we stayed, there were a lot of smokers and I would have enjoyed the entertainment a lot more if there wasn't cigarette smoke wafting around my face. (Tip - bring plenty of mosquito repellent. The candles work very well.)
My sister and I did not join the kids' clubs because it does not appeal to us but that is not a reflection on the Lagotel, it's just our tastes in general.
The regular complementary shuttle bus means getting to the front is easy. (Be warned - the service buses from the front to anywhere else are crowded). The front is peaceful. I would recommend a British pub called ‘The Swan' which has an internet cafe and the stop for the shuttle bus is just across the road.
At the time of our stays I was 14 and 15 years old (Another good point - Adult prices start at 16 years old), my sister was 10 and 11 years old. Kids, especially teenagers, can be very hard to please but both my sister and I had a brilliant time. I would recommend this hotel to anyone - it is excellent!
(Final tip - If you have the cash, go and see 'Pirates Adventure', the best dinner show in Europe, it's incredible. First Choice have regular trips there and can sort all the booking for you, all you have to do is speak to the rep).

Entertainment every night but not to everyones taste, great if you like circus acts.Bingo also every night one game that seems to take an eternity but worth the wait if you win, generous payout.
Cleanliness of hotel First class and rooms cleaned regularly.
No shortage of food and good variety, staff very friendly and polite.
Very noisy when we stayed there with unruly kids running around till late hours and plenty joyriders in the lifts who get pleasure out of pressing every floor button, so that you stop at every floor even when nobody using lift.

This was our third stay. We have two girls under seven. It was great in May and June, but peak season is very different! My children loved the pool and entertainment; we did most nights, though we did venture out a few times for an evening meal as entertainment was not always to our taste.
Be prepared to queue at 8.30 a.m. if you want a sun bed. When gate to pool opened at 9.00 a.m. you need to run! But reserved sun beds all round with no one on them till after lunch! No control over children being manic round the pool and people piling on the food in the restaurant as if it was their last supper.
The hotel is lovely but far too large and when it is full you know it! There have been rooms broken into every year we stayed. Never leave valuables unattended around the pool area. Food was great but got a bit boring as we did a two week stay and be prepared for a pleasant 15-20 minute walk to the beach.
Go out of peak season and this is a value for money hotel. The beach is fantastic. Pay 10 euros and a taxi will take you to near by port. Staff are great, hotel is clean, lake is lovely in the front of hotel but the air during nights/morning can be a bit smelly!

"Lagotel - Never Again"
Travel date:
July 2006
Stayed in Lagotel, half board. Room was ok but there was no lock on the patio door. Food was very basic: English fare with ‘lashings' of beans, fried eggs etc., which was very boring after two days.
Some items stolen from us near the pool! Shows at night were very, very boring. Not suitable for anyone over five years.
Resort was not interesting but car is essential as other parts of island are nice. Also resort is very far from water world etc. (local Waterworld very small)

What a holiday! How this hotel is a three star, we'll never know. Extremely clean throughout. Very well catered for the children with games thrown in for the adults too. Friendly staff. Entertainment each night, lovely setting, not too far from Port of Alcudia if wanted night out, although we never found the need as the hotel and surrounding area had it all.
As for the food, what can I say, never have I seen anything like it. There was loads, plenty of variety, different every night, all extremely delicious. This is certainly one holiday I didn't lose weight on! We will definitely return to this resort. Was worth every penny.

I love this hotel! It's great. I met loads of friends and the reps are great, Gavin was the best rep there and he had a great sense of humour - seemed happy to get rid of us though! Waiters are a bit pervy but they play good jokes with fake euros. I would recommend it to any one!!!!!!!
I forgot to say that Fabian was a great person but the holiday wouldn't be the same with out Pasqual. He made the holiday fun and I have to tell him I'm sorry for nearly killing him with a dart. We made his time rough for him, always back chatting but gladly he knew we were joking. Thank you First Choice and Lagotel staff, especially Gavin, Pasqual and Fabian. xx

"My Third Time At Lagotel!"

I have now stayed at Lagotel twice as I liked it so much. There are great entertainers, like Fabian. Lagotel is great for the children and is family-friendly. We are staying there for a third time this May. It has a range of great activities and kids' clubs galore! There is family entertainment every-single night! Be there or be square! The food is great too, with a different choice of food every day, even a special kids' section!

This was our first holiday in a hotel and I would say it was superb. I didn't know quite what to expect and I was extremely happy there. The food was great, the staff so friendly and the room and view was fantastic. I would be very happy to go back to the Lagotel again.

This hotel is great. I loved it. I would recomend anyone to go there. It is really brilliant and all the staff are great. There's good entertainment and they are good to help you out with things.
The hotel is really nice inside and I think it should be a four star hotel. The food is good and the drink is good. I am certainly going back either this year or next year. The suroundings are good as well. Best hotel I've been to in Spain.

An exceptional hotel, friendly staff, good food every day, great pools and bar facilities serving food as well as drinks. Lots of family entertainment with kids' clubs to occupy the younger ones and good all round evening entertainment including bingo which I must say is worth a go. Fabian and Pasqual'e work very hard every day to make sure that every one has a really great time whilst staying at Lagotel and I can only thank them for the enthusiasm they dedicate to the families, making them feel so very welcome. Overall the staff were truly kind and welcoming. Thank you once again for the great holiday. I certainly would recommend Lagotel Club apartments to everyone and can't wait to go back.

The whole experience of going to Majorca is a thrill but the hotel was the best of all. Everything about it was great. A very clean hotel, lots of things to do for my children, great entertainment for all. The reps were very helpful and should be a five star hotel.

"brilliant Family Friendly Hotel"

My family and I stayed at the Lagotel a few years ago. There were 14 of us in total and our ages ranged from 18 months to 70 years, There was plenty for all of us to do. Always something going on whether it be swimming, French bowls, pistol shooting, archery, kids' clubs and water polo. The staff were excellent.
The hotel was lovely and clean. Rooms very spacious. Food was great and weather terrific. Overall a brilliant holiday for all of us to remember.
I will say one thing though, Alcudia is a very family orientated location so is ideal if you have kids but if its night life you are after then maybe Alcudia isn't for you. It had everything we wanted for a family who had kids.
These opinions are those of HotelStreet visitors and not of HotelStreet.
