We have just returned from Santa Eulalia where we stayed at the Casa Luis Apartments. We had a fantastic time and would like to return next year.

Fun was had by all, especially our two children, aged three and six. The staff were very friendly indeed, as was Thomas the entertainer. The kids loved him.

The apartment was very spacious and clean.

Had a fantastic two weeks in the Casa Luis. My six year old child was delighted with the freedom. It was so safe the security was top class, thanks to Eddie.

The entertainment was great plenty for everyone to do, both adults and children. Thomas was just brilliant and Kika was equally great.

The apartments were clean and adequate. Will visit next year.

The only downfall was the beach was a bit of a distance away, but with all the entertainment and the friendliness of the staff and the clientèle, you didn't need to leave the complex.

This has been our second time at Casa Luis. I've booked for next year and I'm bringing the rest of the family and some friends.

The entire complex was spotless and highly maintained. The staff were very friendly, especially Eddie and Kika. Tomas was fantastic with both the adults and the kids.

We've met lots of new friends who we've stayed in contact with and are meeting up next year.

This year at the Casa Luis was even better than last year if that is possible. We all loved it and met some lovely people who we shall keep in touch with throughout the year. The staff and entertainers were great - Samuel, Tony, Jose, Tomas and Kika etc.

The rooms were clean and we have no complaints.

The resort of Santa Eulalia is beautiful with its marina, bars and restaurants. We have already booked for next year.

I have just returned from Casa Luis. I have no children but stayed with some friends and their children aged between 5-16. Apartments were very clean and staff friendly. Pool area was good and bar and restaurant good.

Apartments are a bit far from resort centre but if you have kids, you do not need to go elsewhere. Entertainment every night was fantastic and Tomas was excellent and so funny. Would visit again.

Oh my goodness, we had such a good holiday in Casa Luis. We met so many nice people there and can't wait to July this year to get back and see everyone. The staff are friendly, especially Eddie and Samuel. The bar, food, staff, rooms, pools - its just a real family complex! If you want a good holiday, then this is your place!

From a young adult's view, Casa Luis is an excellent place to stay. The staff are so friendly, the food is great and the atmosphere is amazing!

Just returned from holiday last Monday. Had a 16 hour delay going and 10 hours coming home. Warning - do not book with Falcon as this is the second year in row we had delays. We had one 11 hour delay same time last year going to Ibiza. Used very unreliable airline called 'Flightline'. Next time I go to Ibiza I will book with a different tour operator.

As I said, this was my second visit to these apartments. My husband and myself are in our late 30s with no children so St Eulalia is a a lovely relaxing resort with great restaurants. Try the 'Gallery' and 'Palardi' - excellent Mexican food and steaks (chicken fajitas to die for!) and guys in the restaurant so friendly. Both restaurants are in Restuarant Street. Try also the Indian which is down on the promenade. The resort is just perfect for couples looking for good restaurants, nice quiet bars (would agree would not recommend for younger, single people or families with teenage children).

I read previous reviews and some are very negative about the apartments. Okay, not four star but are very clean and the friendly staff just make the holiday. I thought the evening entertainment was very good fun each evening. We missed Danny the bar man from last summer but he is working in the 'Bar Mirage' in the resort so we popped in to say hello to him. We also missed the entertainer Jack this year as he was so good but Thomas was equally very good. A lovely guy and very friendly and made a huge effort to entertain us all. Again a great holiday, great weather. Beach in Es Cana is very nice also. Ibiza is a lovely island and St Eualia is a beautiful resort, very unspoilt, which we both like - none of your tacky bars. We will go back again next year but not with Falcon.

This is a great holiday. The Casa Luis staff welcome you and can't do enough for you. The rooms are very clean, the kids love it there as well. The area is good and there is plenty to do. If you want a really good holiday, choose Casa Luis Ibiza.

This was a fantastic visit. It really annoys me when you read fake or bad reviews as how many people will come home and write about a holiday they enjoy, only me! Only people who hated it will come back and try and worry every one else.

It was clean, the staff are great and friendly and there is loads to do there.

It is close to a water park if that is what you fancy. A visit was very recommended to us but there was a little problem for us – it was closed. Gutted we were, all so sad. So be warned, if you go in October it's closed. This was the one down side to the holiday as well as the Hotel Casa Luis' entertainment was closed in October. Yet again closed, as October is the end of the season for Spain. Visit, trust me.

I went to Casa Luis apartments this year with my family. We all really enjoyed it. Every one was made to feel welcome. The kids were never bored thanks to Jack, the family entertainer, who kept the kids going.

The bar was open from 10 in the morning till 1.30 a.m. every day. Everywhere was spotlessly clean. The reception was open 24 hours a day so if you had a problem there was someone on site all the time.

Well done Luis for having such a lovely place and its only ten minutes from the town centre. Can't wait to go back next year.

We stayed at Casa Luis for one week. The staff were all polite, as was Mr Luis himself. We will be going back to Ibiza and we will make a beeline for Casa Luis.

The only advice for anyone going to Ibiza I have is hire a car and see the island. Thank you Mr Luis, you made our stay in Ibiza one we will never forget.
