The Jutlandia Apartments complex has a three key rating and is a low rise complex with landscaped swimming pool. The Jutlandia has the resort facilities of Santa Ponsa close at hand. The complex is situated in a residential area of Santa Ponsa, just 400 metres from the beach and 850 metres from the resort centre where there is a selection of bars and restaurants.

The Jutlandia complex offers facilities such as disabled facilities, two swimming pools, one with children's section, sun terraces, lounge with bar serving snacks to poolside terrace, restaurant, garage and car parking, laundry service, 24 hour reception, money exchange, luggage room, pool table (for an extra charge), multi-purpose outdoor games court, children's play area, internet station, children's entertainment and evening entertainment.

Accommodation on three floors is provided in the form of 100 apartments, which have either one and two bedrooms, lounge/dining area with two convertible sofa beds, kitchenette with fridge and two electric rings, radio, bathroom with bath, shower and toilet, telephone, safety deposit box (at an extra charge), air conditioning, central heating, piped music, television and a balcony or terrace. A kettle, toaster, microwave and iron are available free of charge on request. One bedroom apartments sleep up to three adults and one child and two bedroom apartments can sleep up to six adults. There is a maid service five times a week, a linen change once per week and daily towel change.
