The three star Monopol Hotel is situated on a pedestrian square, near to the old town of Puerto de La Cruz, some 400 metres from the beach, on the northern coast of Tenerife and about 28 kilometres from the Los Rodeos Airport.
The accommodation at the Monopol, comprises 92 rooms, each having a private bathroom and shower, and most having a balcony. The rooms are equipped with a ceiling fan, satellite television, a hair dryer and a telephone. A safety deposit box can be rented on arrival.
The facilities at the hotel include a buffet restaurant, a bar, a heated swimming pool, a whirlpool and sauna. Guests can play table tennis. There are a number of shops, bars and restaurants nearby.
Board basis available at this hotel is bed and breakfast or half board.

Lovely Canarian hotel with the personal touch. Run by the same family for many years. Wonderful position in the old part of Puerto de la Cruz, close to all the night life. Some of the rooms on the lower floors need redecoration and there are only ceiling fans, no air conditioning. Staff service is of a very high standard.
