The accommodation, at the Barcelo Club El Castillo complex, comprises 382 bungalows, each having a bathroom, a kitchenette and a balcony or terrace, and being equipped with pay to view satellite television, a telephone and a rental safety security box. There is a maid service five times each week.
The facilities, at the apartments, include two a la carte restaurants (vegetarian meals are available), a buffet restaurant, five bars, a pizzeria, an ice cream parlour/creperie, a supermarket, a boutique and a souvenir shop. There are three adult swimming pools and two children's pools, surrounded by sun terraces with sun beds and parasols. A programme of daytime and evening entertainment is provided, and guests can take part in many sports and activities, including tennis, table tennis, volleyball and use of the fitness room. A Thalassotherapy centre, offering various baths and treatments, is available at the nearby Barcelo Fuerteventura Hotel. There are a number of shops, bars and restaurants near to the apartments.
Board basis available at these apartments is self catering, bed and breakfast, half board, all inclusive or room only.

Review title: "Amazing Holiday"

Wow, what a fantastic holiday. We have just returned from 10 nights self catering. From the minute we got there to the minute we left, I cannot think of a negative point to make. The rooms were excellent. The maid service was everyday. The location was amazing. Being so close to the beach is a plus as the children had the best of both worlds, the beach and the swimming pools. I have a two year old and it was very safe for him.
We had the on site buffet breakfast and evening meal a couple of times and the food was excellent. You are lovely and close to the shops and many restaurants, which if you're self catering, offers a great range of different types of food.
O'Conners happy hour (7-8) and their food was great to do a couple of times. The Mexican was by far the best meal we had. Avoid the Chinese buffet, it was awful!
Anyone thinking of going or are going to this wonderful place, I hope you enjoy it as much as we did as a family. We have already booked to go again next year.
