"Very Dirty Apartments And Rude Staff"
Travel date:

Where do I start? The apartment were disgusting - there were ants all over the place, sheets were hardly changed (only when you nagged staff to change them by putting them on the bed yourself) and very, very noisy!
When you go outside of your front door, there's always some form of rubbish on the floor. They expect you to sweep and mop up, which I've never had to even consider doing in the past times I've been away! Not very clean at all and don't even deserve half a star!
Would never ever even consider the Las Mariposas apartments, even if the holiday was free. The only good things that came out the holiday was our rep, the weather and the fact we met some really nice people!

"Apartments Not So Good "
Travel date:
June 2008
Last year my husband and myself took our family, who live outside of the UK, to the Las Mariposas aparthotel and this year we decided to go back again.
But it was not as clean and very, very basic and not very clean. I decided to make some breakfast for the family and the frying pans, well, all I can say is that I've put better frying pans in the waste bin. In fact, they are very, very burnt. I hope you put this in your review for other folk to read. Mind you, it is only a two star but the rooms smell. Like I said, they could invest in more cleaners.
I will not go again. The chap who runs the bar is very, very nice but if you have a night flight, like we had, the seats are very, very uncomfortable. You have to wait on these chairs until 2 a.m. before your transport arrives, no thanks to the Las Mariposas.
How do they even rate it as a two star? Well, I don't know and it's very, very noisy. The rep was very, very nice. A good spring clean would be of great help. Bye for now. So please put this report in for other families who save hard for a holiday and come across this. But I also have to say Lloret is wonderful. From a very honest family. Bye.
